The fol­low­ing fugi­tives who pre­vi­ously ap­peared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted col­umn in the Yuma Sun have been ar­rested and are back in lo­cal cus­tody:

• Jose Car­los Higuera, orig­i­nally sen­tenced to pro­ba­tion for so­lic­i­ta­tion of pos­ses­sion of mar­i­juana for sale, a Class ^ felony. He ab­sconded from su­per­vi­sion but was ar­rested on Jan. 31 and in­car­cer­ated in the Yuma County jail.

• Jes­sica Marie Soliz, orig­i­nally sen­tenced to pro­ba­tion for fraud­u­lent use of a credit card, a Class 6 felony. She ab­sconded from su­per­vi­sion but was ap­pre­hended Jan. 30 and in­car­cer­ated in the Yuma County jail.

• Al­fredo Martinez, orig­i­nally sen­tenced to pro­ba­tion for pos­ses­sion of a dan­ger­ous drug, a Class 4 felony. He ab­sconded from su­per­vi­sion but was ap­pre­hended Jan. 31 and in­car­cer­ated in the Yuma County jail.

• Pe­dro Mo­rales-Quiroz, orig­i­nally sen­tenced to pro­ba­tion for at­tempted im­por­ta­tion of a dan­ger­ous drug, a Class 3 felony. He ab­sconded from su­per­vi­sion but was ap­pre­hended Jan. 31 and in­car­cer­ated in the Yuma County jail.
