Keller Williams partners with Yuma’s HOME Team
Keller Williams Realty Yuma, 2553 E. 24th St., announced a partnership with Yuma’s HOME Team.
Patti Bourrelle and Shelly Martin founded Yuma’s HOME Team in 2016. They were joined shortly after by the “legendary” Patty Lesperance.
“Patty Lesperance brings a knowledge of the business unparalleled by any other active agent in Yuma,” noted a news release. “She has been a top producer in not only Yuma, but in the state of Arizona since 1998. She partnered with Yuma’s HOME Team because she felt they would best continue her legacy of superior service.”
Bourelle started in 2015 and quickly produced at a high level. Martin joined up with Bourelle in 2016, and the birth of Yuma’s HOME Team was complete.
With a combined 35 years experience and Bourelle and Martin’s distinctly different styles and personalities, “Yuma’s HOME Team creates a perfect balance within their business,” the news release said.
Yuma’s HOME Team experienced an “impressive” 40% increase in sales volume in 2018, and the team started 2019 with a “tremendous” amount of momentum. In 2018, the team closed 80 units for more than $11 million.
In 2016, Lesperance did 175 transactions, and, in 2017, she closed 200 transactions, making her No. 1 in the state for her previous brokerage, said the news release.
Not only do they show a commitment to their team and their customers, they also express their commitment to their community, KW noted. Martin has a passion for animals and will seek out animals in need. Bourelle has a passion for Christmas sweaters and is involved with Rotary as well as many other events and organizations in Yuma. Lesperance has been and continues to be very active in Special Olympics.
“This goes to show the passion they each have for the community and how they will continue working to make the community a great place to live for generations to come,” the release added.
“Yuma’s HOME Team has soared in the real estate industry in Yuma and will continue to soar higher as they continue to do what they love — provide results.”
