At Las Barrancas in the Men’s Silver league, John Gaskins and Carl Fritz were the gross winners. Larry Villa and Larry Nicholson won net. Gary Hill, Greg Beatie, John Cullen and MK Hovden won the team event. In the Men’s Copper league, John Cullen, Carl Fritz and Royd Fettig were the gross winners. David Richelderfer, Mike Costello and Larry Villa won net.

At Mesa del Sol in the Moose Lodge league, the team of Jimmy Billisbach, Jerry Klinger, Chuck Holland and Barb Chambers tied Charlie Kline, Larry Gray, Mel Welrich and Rick Parks for first place with 35s.

At Mesa del Sol, Jerry Olson was first in the Monday Quota competition with Bob Blair second and Garry Sletten third. In the Wednesday Pinky’s Picks, the winners were Pam Herring first with Bill Dowding second and David Doherty third.

In the Mesa del Sol Men’s league 2-man best ball competition, Tom McIntire and Mike St. Claire shot 71 to win the gross event. Bill Griffith and Bill Slade won the net event with a 55. Jack Parker and Raymond Throckmorton were second with a 59. Jerry Olson and Sam Samples were third at 62.

Hole-in-one congratulations to Pat Jones at the Foothills Executive, on the eighth hole, and to Ron Warner at Las Barrancas on the third hole into 30-mph wind.
