As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Sergio Perez, male, 39. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 180 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Sergio Perez Martinez, Sergio Martinez, Sergio Arellano, Sergio Soza. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted aggravated domestic violence, a Class 6 felony.
• Gregory Lewis James, male, 43. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 155 pounds. Black hair, hazel eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of dangerous drugs for sale, a Class 3 felony.
• Luis Alberto Duenas, male, 21. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 170 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: crown with “Her-king” on the right hand, “Duenas” on the chest, three dots under the left eye, 928 on the left wrist and three dots on the left finger. His probation violation is for the original conviction of aggravated assault, a Class 6 felony.
• Harry Jones Phillips III, male, 28. Height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 228 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoo: three dots on the left hand. His probation violation is for the original conviction of criminal simulation, a Class 6 felony.
