GOING ON: Join the Yuma Civic Orchestra and String Ambassadors for its final concert of the season.
Our musicians are looking forward to bringing Yumans an orchestral classics concert where our community can experience the power and imagery that the music brings. Some of the pieces selected for this concert include Egmont,
Op. 84 by Ludwig van Beethoven, Hungarian Rhapsody by Franz Liszt and Franz Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony. This concert is dedicated specifically to those in our community and surrounding areas who love classical music and who support us all year round. MCAS YUMA MUD RUN CHALLENGE
WHEN: Heats begin at 6:30 a.m. WHERE: Marine Corps Air Station Yuma
GOING ON: Presented by Marine Raiders, the MCAS Yuma Mud Run Challenge features a custom-built course of 2.7 miles of desert terrain, plus 8 obstacles. Open to ages 13 and up. All participants and spectators must have a ticket to attend. Spectator tickets are for those who do not have base access.
