Mckemy wins Mesa del Sol match play title

Harry Mckemy won the Mesa del Sol Men’s Association

Match Play Championship. Mike Celentano finished second. Ernie Jiminez won the 36-Hole Overall Club Championship with Keith Swearingen winning the Overall Net Championship. Flight gross winners were Brad Rohloff, Tom Mcintire,

Jeff Sloboden and Jack Parker. Flight Net winners were Steve Martin, Terry Pelechosky, Jerry Olson and Bob Sage.

In the Las Barrancas Women’s League Linda Mclaughlin and Loretta Schneider won gross. Dorothy Gartner and

Bobbi Bellusci were the net winners. Linda Sather, Linda Murphy, Marilyn Denny and Lisa Russell were on the winning team. In the Silver League Mardy Clark, Gary Sather and Art Mclaughlin won gross. Bryan Boechler, Conrad Eisenach and Toby Wilson were the net winners. Leroy Rosen, Ron Thacker, Chuck Mcguffie and Tom Gremet were on the winning team. In the Men’s Copper League Keith Planidin and Mark Stoner won gross. Cliff Couse and Lee Estes were the net winners. Cliff Boyd, Royd Fettig, Gary Hill and Jim Kerlee were on the winning team.

In the Foothills Women’s League Loretta Schneider, Julie Beck and Reta Boechler won gross. Angie Marek, Lucy Skjegstad and Sheri Klassen were the net winners. Diane Guthrie, Jeanne Hollway, Maggie Lee and Linda Mclaughlin were on the winning team. In the Men’s League Lee Estes, David Richelderfer and Frank Russell won gross. Bob Lecorchick, Bryan Boechler and Michael Costello were the net winners.

In the Can Am 3 net best ball league at Mesa del Sol Garry Sletten, David Burtt, Michael Celentano and Ray Butler won with 69 points. Jerry Olson, Marty Schwab, Jake Fehr and Brad Rohloff were second at 67. Larry Calao, Scott Rinn, James Dykes and Ken Givens were third at 65.

In Al’s Picks at Mesa del Sol Jerry Olson took first. Mike Mikkola was second, Lola Stone third and Marilyn Cotter fourth. Steve Parrish was the most popular pick.

In the Mesa del Sol Ladies League 3 Little Pigs format flight gross winners were Sun Douthit, Marilyn Cotter, Cindy Florez and Leann Thom. Flight net winners were Selma Cusick, Donna Brown, Jo-anne Lambert and Lorraine Breault.
