Sigourney Weaver, Kate Mara and Chris Messina are also in the cast for director Phyllis Nagy (“Caro,” “Mrs. Harris”).

MARCH 24 “Up Here”

Set in New York City circa 1999, this musical romantic comedy series follows the story of Lindsay and Miguel (Mae Whitman, “Good Girl,” and Carlos Valdes, “The Flash”), who meet, fall in love and discover that the biggest obstacle to their happiness together may be themselves. “Movie: Philomena”

Judi Dench earned an Oscar nomination as the title character in director Stephen Frears’ factbased 2013 comedy-drama, the tale of a woman’s search for the offspring she gave up a half-century earlier. Steve Coogan (who also co-wrote the script) does fine acting as Martin Sixsmith, the ex-reporter who joins her on her trek in the hope of getting a story out of it.
