The Min­is­ter of Health of the re­pub­lic, the heads of the health de­part­ments of the city of Tashkent and re­gions, the of­fi­cials of the dis­trict and city med­i­cal as­so­ci­a­tions take part in the classes.

The re­fresher cour­ses take place in three stages with the cov­er­age of all se­nior health per­son­nel. Ac­cord­ing to the plan, the knowl­edge of more than 700 man­agers will be added to the cour­ses of pro­fes­sional de­vel­op­ment.

The lessons ex­plain the essence and sig­nif­i­cance of de­crees and de­ci­sions of the Pres­i­dent, Cab­i­net of Min­is­ters res­o­lu­tions adopted in 2017 to im­prove the health care sys­tem. The re­ports of re­spon­si­ble of­fi­cials of the Min­istry on the or­ga­ni­za­tion of pri­mary health care, pro­tec­tion of moth­er­hood and child­hood, the cre­ation of spe­cial­ized med­i­cal care in­sti­tu­tions and the pri­vate med­i­cal sec­tor are heard.

Top­i­cal is­sues in the health­care sys­tem are the pre­ven­tion of cor­rup­tion, the cor­rect def­i­ni­tion of needs for medicines, med­i­cal equip­ment and so­cial medicines, and fur­ther im­prove­ment of the pro­ce­dure for deal­ing with cit­i­zens' ap­peals. These top­ics are stud­ied in de­tail dur­ing the train­ing cour­ses.
