One-day walking route of average complexity with a length of 8 km (the duration of the excursion is about five hours). It should be borne in mind that hiking and descent on steep slopes create considerable physical stress, so this route should be offered to young or middle-aged people who are in good sports form.

The optimal number of the group is 4 people (three tourists and a local guide).

The purpose of the route: acquaintance with the natural and cultural landscapes of Khayatsai and Tykchasai, with the plant and animal world of the middle mountains of the Nuratau Ridge, observation of various species of birds - typical inhabitants of walnut forests, bushwood and mountain steppe, familiarizing with the traditional way of life of the local Tajik population.

A simple two-day horse or foot ethnoecological route with a length of about 44 km (2 days on the route, 1 night in tents). The best time of year is May-June.

The purpose of the route: acquaintance with the natural and cultural landscapes of Sentobsai, Ustuksai and Sobsai, flora and fauna, bird watching - typical inhabitants of different biotopes of the Nuratau Ridge, sightseeing of Sentyabsai historical monuments, familiarization with the traditional way of life of the local Tajik population.

The optimal strength of the group is 2-4 tourists and two local guides for the equestrian group or one guide for walking.

For the cavalry group - cavalry saddles (local wooden saddles with short stirrups are very inconvenient for foreigners), saddle bags (hurjin). For the pedestrian group, it is advisable to hire one or two donkeys for carrying luggage, especially if tourists are people who are untrained.
