Wheat to Be Pro­cessed in Line with In­ter­na­tional Stan­dards

A wheat pro­cess­ing en­ter­prise, Atiyaj-Gulzar, has been put into oper­a­tion in the Takhi­atash dis­trict of Karakalpak­stan.

Out­fit­ted with mod­ern equip­ment, it daily pro­cesses 120 tons of grain, pro­duces 90 tons of flour and 30 tons of bran.

Flour prod­ucts packed in 25- and 50-kilo­gram bags un­der the trade­marks Beshkala and Stella are de­liv­ered to all towns and dis­tricts of the Aral Sea area, as well as to shop­ping cen­ters in Khorezm re­gion.

“A loan for 7 bil­lion soums pro­vided by Asaka Bank was sent for the con­struc­tion of the en­ter­prise,” says Ozod Mustafoev, the head of Atiyaj-Gulzar LLC. “More than half of the em­ploy­ees of the new en­ter­prise are young spe­cial­ists. Our goal is to pro­vide the pop­u­la­tion with qual­ity prod­ucts not in­fe­rior in qual­ity to im­ported ones.”
