Wheat to Be Processed in Line with International Standards
A wheat processing enterprise, Atiyaj-Gulzar, has been put into operation in the Takhiatash district of Karakalpakstan.
Outfitted with modern equipment, it daily processes 120 tons of grain, produces 90 tons of flour and 30 tons of bran.
Flour products packed in 25- and 50-kilogram bags under the trademarks Beshkala and Stella are delivered to all towns and districts of the Aral Sea area, as well as to shopping centers in Khorezm region.
“A loan for 7 billion soums provided by Asaka Bank was sent for the construction of the enterprise,” says Ozod Mustafoev, the head of Atiyaj-Gulzar LLC. “More than half of the employees of the new enterprise are young specialists. Our goal is to provide the population with quality products not inferior in quality to imported ones.”
