Investments into Modernization
The enterprise Narimteks in Margilan, Ferghana region, plans to assign eight billion soums to modernize its facilities.
Special attention is paid in our country to providing comprehensive support for entrepreneurs, encouraging the attraction of direct investments. As a result, major promising projects are also being implemented in the regions, and the share of the private sector in the economy is increasing.
High-quality products of Narimteks are in great demand also in the foreign market. The enterprise, outfitted with modern equipment, is constantly working to increase export volumes and master the production of new types of goods.
In 2008, when the company was set up, it specialized in tailoring women’s clothing on ordinary sewing machines. In 2012-2015, together with Chinese partners, the production process was modernized. Cutting-edge sewing, weaving, finishing machines were bought and installed. As a result, the team mastered the production of coats, jackets, suits, and the enterprise secured a robust niche in the consumer market, created new jobs.
During his trip to the Fergana region on June 12-13 this year, the head of our state familiarized himself with the technological process at the enterprise, gave instructions on attracting advanced technologies to production, and raising the qualification of workers. In accordance with these instructions, specific measures were developed here and practical work started.
