Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Uzbekistan:

“This document, adopted on December 12, is very important. It was created at the initiative of the brotherly people of Uzbekistan, fully endorsed by Pakistan and adopted by all 193 UN members. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev made a lot of efforts to develop the sphere to which this resolution concerns. I think that the document, approved and adopted by all countries by consensus, clearly indicates that all states of the world highly appreciated the initiative of the head of Uzbekistan. The emphasis is on religious tolerance, the unity of nations and human rights. I believe that this resolution can be an excellent guidance document for all countries of the world. Recently, the first Asian Forum on Human Rights was held in Samarkand, which also adopted a declaration. It is clear that the international community, in particular, the regional countries that are united by the Islamic religion and culture, fully endorse all these initiatives.”
