Efate Is­land

Aquana Beach Re­sort, Eratap, Efate. Lo­cated on the way to Teouma, Aquana is a great place to go and spend the day with or with­out chil­dren and try the res­tau­rant which is caus­ing a sen­sa­tion due to the qual­ity of its food. Sip a Cap­puc­cino or a cold beer at the Café Ter­race, dine in com­fort in the main res­tau­rant, re­lax in the Gar­den Ter­race or en­joy a drink at the bar. With a Mediter­ranean feel and fan­tas­tic views over the har­bour, the newly opened res­tau­rant is al­ready a favourite. The menu has an in­ter­na­tional flavour with dishes as en­tic­ing as ‘North African spiced chicken skew­ers with cous­cous salad and mint yo­ghurt’, or ‘Prawn, tomato and chorizo fet­tucini’. Lo­cated on the beau­ti­ful Pango Penin­sula the lovely open-air res­tau­rant is right on the wa­ter’s edge and the menu show­cases the best of Mediter­ranean cui­sine with dishes such as beef carpac­cio, tuna sashimi, lob­ster tail salad and roasted pork belly. Francesca’s, Ha­van­nah Har­bour, Efate. Lo­cated in Ha­van­nah Har­bour, this fab­u­lous res­tau­rant has pri­vate mas­sage booths, el­e­gant ta­bles, din­ner­ware made of pol­ished co­conut wood and stun­ning views over the bay. The menu show­cases the best of Ital­ian cui­sine with some­thing for ev­ery mood; Ital­ian home-made pasta, fab­u­lous grills, au­then­tic Ital­ian pizza and fan­tas­tic desserts.
