Basil Pesto Baked Salmon

In­gre­di­ents 1 large fresh salmon fil­let.

Basil Pesto

2 cups fresh basil. ½ cup parme­san cheese. ½ cup olive oil. 1/3 cup al­monds / pine nuts / wal­nuts / nan­gae nuts - you can use any one of th­ese. 4 cloves of gar­lic.

Salt and pep­per to taste.

Dill Sauce

½ cup may­on­naise. ½ cup sour cream or crème fraiche. 3 ta­ble­spoons minced pars­ley. 2 ta­ble­spoons Di­jon mustard. 2 ta­ble­spoons minced dill. 2 tea­spoons lemon juice. Salt and pep­per to taste.
