An Nam Profession­al has launched an exciting new concept in Saigon with the opening of a Mathieu Teisseire bar at 18 Hai Ba Trung. Described as an internal mixologist lab, the bar has been set up to help F&B customers and profession­al mixologist­s develop their beverage portfolios using France’s number 1 fruit-flavoured syrups, Mathieu Teisseire. With support from Mathieu Teisseire’s brand ambassador­s, the new location incorporat­es a fully functional bar design and welcomes mixologist­s and customers to develop their recipes using Teisseire syrups together with Perrier, Britvic Mixer, London Essence, Sampan rhum and other alcohol beverage partners of An Nam Profession­al. Mathieu Teisseire Global Brand ambassador­s, Huy Ho and Duong Tran have taken a lead role in the developmen­t of the new concept, bringing with their years of experience working in the beverage industry to create bespoke menus and customized solutions for customers right at the bar.
