Pursuant to the goal “Customer-centric”, our targets and plans are to Optimize the design, building the effective investment cost and function of the project. In 2021, ICIC was competed for the architectural plan and judged to be outstanding, so the Investor selected ICIC as their partner for many specific projects, such as: Ca Mau General Hospital 1,200 beds, An Giang Stadium 20,000 seats, LG Display Hai Phong… The authority of Ca Mau Province has high requirements regarding concept’s selection of Ca Mau General Hospital 1,200 beds, and we have reached its criteria such as: the deisgn brings local culture feature into architecture, modern and full of facilities in both medical examination and treatment, energy saving, be oriented to future development, serving Ca Mau citizen in general and whole region in particular. For An Giang Stadium, ICIC’s architects use the image of the wet rice plant as a symbol for designing, making this project become a typical architectural highlight of the Southwestern region. This stadium aims to become a place to serve sport activities for citzen, for high-achievement sport, and provide high-quality sport services of An Giang province. About Industry field, with the background as a professional consulting unit in industrial design: heavy/light industry, GMP, HACCP, D&B Investors and Contractors have chosen ICIC as a reliable partner. Some typical projects we have designed, supervised and managed such as: LG Display Hai Phong, Sailun Tyre Factory, … Typical project of high-tech industry is LG Display Hai Phong – invested by LG Group – total floor area is around 800,000 square meters and covers more than 40 hectares, its facility includes manufacturing area, auxiliary area, offices. With modern design, using new type of materials as well as applying the most advanced technology, such project is one of the pioneers in designing and building a high-tech factory in Vietnam. LG Display is also a large investor of FDI that pushed the industrial development in Hai Phong. To successfully develop a project, it is impossible not to mention the construction management and supervision throughout the project performance.
