Time: The ocean surroundin­g the Maldives has a great view all year long, but the best time is during the dry season from December to May, when it is easier to travel.  Fotteyo Kandu (Vaavu Island) not only has coral and fish, but also has many caves that you can dive through for a more interestin­g dive. The fish species concentrat­ed here are shark, tuna and barracuda.

 Kuredu Express (Lhaviyani Island) has many different depths with fish such as sharks, rays, tuna and barracuda. Manta rays often swim here in remarkable schools.

 Okobe Thila (North Male Island) often has strong currents, if you are used to it, you can easily swim in this area according to the flow. The fish that are easiest to meet here are tuna, white sharks and marlins.

 Kandooma Thila (South Male Island) is famous for its stone walls covered by soft corals. There are a lot of mudfish here. In addition, you can easily meet gray sharks, white sharks and manta rays. At the lower depths, you can also meet sea turtles.

 Broken Rock (South Ari island) is highlighte­d by a cliff separating the coral reefs. When you dive here, you can look at the large coral reefs, wrasses, turtles and manta rays.
