ALTHOUGH YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED TOURIST, EVERY TIME YOU VISIT A NEW PLACE, YOU MAY ENCOUNTER SITUATIONS THAT MAKE YOU CONFUSED AND SURPRISED. THEREFORE, IF YOU GO TO BALI, PLEASE REFER TO THE TIPS THAT VINH COLLECTED AND SHARED BELOW.

WHAT SHOULD YOU PREPARE WHEN YOU GO TO BALI?

In a modern tourist destination like Bali, you can find most things for sale, so you should not bring too many miscellaneous things. Instead, make room for the “companions” you really need, like money and clothes.

Because Indonesia has regulations prohibiting bringing in or out of the country cash in excess 415 USD, Vinh only brought 400 USD and did not forget an ATM card. In Bali, you can use both the USD and the Rupiah, but you should use the Rupiah to more easily buy many items and avoid payment problems. You should change money in one of the national banks to avoid fraud.

Regarding clothes, you should carefully search for information on the weather to choose appropriate seasonal clothes. Don’t forget to bring outstanding hiking clothes, sneakers and jackets if you plan to trek in Ubud. For visiting other places, you can choose clothes with bright colors such as white, cream, coffee or striking patterns to match the natural scenery of the mountains. In addition, because this is a place with many famous temple sites, do not forget to bring polite and modest clothing to show your respect for the local gods.
