THE SAFEST AIRLINES IN THE WORLD FOR 2019

Airlineratings.com has just announced the world’s 20 safest airlines. After analyzing data for 405 airlines across the world, Airlineratings ranks airlines based on 12 separate criteria, including audits from governments, aviation’s governing bodies and lead associations, crash and serious incident records for each carrier and fleet age and profitability.

For 2019, Qantas is singled out as the best. Previously, Qantas held the accolade from 2014 to 2017. Familiar names also appearing in this top 20 are: Qatar Airways, Emirates, American Airlines, Air New Zealand.
