Despite having visited many countries around the world, John Burton-race feels Vietnam has a hidden charm that makes him want to come back again and again. In particular, it is Halong Bay and its surrounding area with fine scenery and locally available ingredients that inspired him to create many new Vietnamese-flavored dishes. After cooperating with Paradise Vietnam in many projects in Halong Bay, he decided to continue the successful collaboration in the new Paradise Grand Cruises to bring about the first Michelin-starred menu in Lan Ha Bay.
