MU CANG CHAI SHOULD TOP YOUR 2020 TRAVEL LIST

In January, US news channel CNBC dedicated an article on showing “why Mu Cang Chai should top your 2020 travel list”. Terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai are located along the mountainside, layer after layer, with a total area of about 2,200 ha. Mu Cang Chai is estimated to have welcomed 90,000 visitors in 2018, many times the number of 20,000 visitors in 2015. CNBC describes Mu Cang Chai as a “remote gem”, attracting many people with breathtaking terraced fields and natural scenery.

Recently, Mu Cang Chai terraced fields have been recognized by the Prime Minister as one of seven special National Monuments.
