“THE CENTRAL” BOOK SERIES

In order to preserve the cultural characteristics of 14 provinces and cities in Central Vietnam, Kim Dong Publishing House has just launched a series of three illustrated books, “The Central”, detailing three key topics: Cuisine, Architecture and Folktales.

With a wide variety of drawing styles, the series is an interesting guidebooks for those who love and want to learn about Central Vietnam, a sunny and windy land, and also a cradle of ancient architecture, delicious food and old folktales passed down through the generations. The project involved nearly 90 young artists under the direction of leader Vinh Vuong. Most of the artists in the group were born and raised in the Central Vietnam or spent time living there.
