HUE FESTIVAL 2020 POSTPONED UNTIL 2021

During the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s Hue Festival, slated for August 26 - 31, in central Thua Thien-hue province has been postponed until 2021, according to the provincial People’s Committee. Earlier, the festival has been twice rescheduled.

Hue Festival 2020 is an event aimed at showcasing Hue's traditional culture, history and art. It had been originally expected to have art troupes from Hanoi, HCMC, Lao Cai and Dak Lak set to participate in the event. In addition, numerous foreign art troupes had registered to participate in the festival.
