MMD warn loud-mouthed Kambwili

- By KALOBWE BWALYA

CHISHIMBA Kambwili should stop castigating the MMD in his quest to gain political mileage in the country, says Movement for muilt-Party Democracy national youth coordinator, Gerald Chiluba.

In a statement, Mr Chiluba said Mr Kambwili was simply a political redundant whose political services were no longer relevant to the political dispensation.

Mr Chiluba charged that Mr Kambwili was relieved of his political duties in the Patriotic Front (PF) because there was no more work available for him to do and he was no longer useful.

Mr Chiluba said Mr Kambwili should stop using MMD as a propaganda tool, because the late President Mr Michael Sata believed in an inclusive governance system that accommodated individuals with potential and ability to serve the Zambian people regardless of their political affiliation and political background.

He advised Mr Kambwili to reflect on his actions and accept what had befallen him by moving on with his life because he was not the first person neither will he be the last person to be dismissed from employment.

He said many people lost employment before and had moved on quietly without making falsehoods.

“Finger pointing at MMD members is not a solution to your grievances as it only exposes your bitterness because even the late President Michael Chilufya Sata worked with the MMD and you were also part of that executive so what has changed today.

“Is it because you are no longer in government and this is why you are ever talking about our former president and the MMD,” asked Mr Chiluba.

“Kambwili should not have a selective memory were he deliberately chooses to remember and ignore certain things about the late Sata, otherwise he will mislead himself if he continues to consume raw political moves of Sata, because Sata’s political moves were figurative which means they need a man with wisdom to practice and interpret his culture of politics,” said Mr Chiluba.
