Hungry Lion distributes Chlorine in John Howard

WE have distributed chlorine and safe drinking water to residents and community schools in my ward, says John Howard Ward 3 Councillor, Kafula Mutale.

Mr Mutale said this was in response to the programme of Keep Zambia Clean, Green and Health campaign. Mr Mutale told the Daily Nation that the food chain outlet, Hungry Lion, partnered with Government through their Corporate Social Responsibility Programme to provide the chlorine and clean drinking water to the delighted residents of John Howard. “As Hungry Lion, we are delighted to partner with Government through our Corporate Social Responsibility Programme and give back to the community through our humble donations of chlorine and water to the people of John Howard compound.” said Hungry Lion Country Manager, Busu Mpepo. “I am delighted to receive Hungry Lion in my ward and appreciate their commitment to plough back to the communities that support them through buying of their meals in their various outlets. As a ward, we look forward to more of such selfless demonstrations from Hungry Lion through their support to various projects that we have”, said Mr Mutale
