LCC failure to collect garbage

PLEASE publish this letter in your widely read newspaper.
There is an outcry from residents in Matero on Kizito Road due to the failure by LCC to collect garbage.
This is in reference to a letter which you published on 29th December, 2018 by a Mr Mwenya Matafwali the manager at City Market who defended LCC in garbage collection.
The manager uttered very unprofessional words pertaining to the complaint which he claimed was political.
How can it be political if LCC fails to perform its duties to the expectations of Lusaka residents?
It is reasonable to give proper reasons than defend a wrong motion.
Kizito like any other areas needs clean environment and no politics are involved.
Let LCC clean Lusaka city without any further arguments.
This is rainy season and if we are not careful cholera will breakout once again and claim lives.
Let us not condemn residents who are complaining on cleanness of our city.
It is hypocrisy to do that and should be serious in issuing statements to the press. It is only action that will deliver us from cholera. JULIUS MWAPE.
