: Small-scale farmers at work THE Ministry of Agriculture in Chikankata Southern Province has completed compiling the list of smallscale Support Programme (FISP) for the 2019/2020 farming season.

District agriculture coordinator Phaniel Nyimba said his office had managed to remove from the register those who had migrated from FISP, which is being implemented by Government.
Dr Nyimba was speaking in an interview in Chikankata district.
His office had managed to cleanse the list of ghost farmers.
He said his office had removed from the list all those who had died.
And Dr Nyimba urged farmers in the district to deposit their K400 needed for them to access the inputs.
Dr Nyimba urged the farmers in the district to work closely with his office to improve the agriculture sector.
