…Napsa Stars told to deliver title
NAPSA Stars have been challenged to win the 2019/2020 league season especially after signing a sponsorship deal worth US$70, 000 (about K910, 000) with Stanbic Bank.
National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) director general Yollard Kachinda said management are tired of waiting and it was time the team delivered.

of Napsa Stars with a renewable sponsorship deal of $70, 000 for half a season.
The club also unveiled its new kit for the new season set to kick-off on August 31

Kachinda said he was hopeful the coming on board of Stanbic will inspire the team to greater achievements in the upcoming season.

“There is no excuse on how we can do it, we have passed that target of second, third and fourth places, ours is the top slot,” Kachinda said.
He assured Stanbic Bank of transparency and accountability of the money. He also encouraged the players to be resilient and aim to score more goals this season.
“Football is an expensive sport to run and we are happy that Stanbic Bank has come on board to sponsor the team. I wish to assure Stanbic that our partnership will transform football,” Kachinda said.

Club chairman Zingani Phiri assured the sponsors of a better performance this season.
