UPND Liswaniso predicts HH arrest over Kalomo land
HAKAINDE Hichilema will be arrested over the Kalomo land issue, UPND cadre, Gilbert Liswaniso has said.
Mr Liswaniso claimed that PF was scheming to arrest the UPND leader, Mr Hichilema and that the Kalomo land saga was being pushed as a ploy to eliminate him out of the Presidential race.
He told UPND members at a meeting to brace for tough times and fight back when attacked.
Mr Liswaniso said this according to an audio that has gone viral where he was addressing some UPND youths, bus drivers and marketeers.
The Hatembo family of Choma has sued UPND MrHichilema for illegally occupying their 2, 000 hectare farm in Kalomo.
And now there whereabouts are unknown after being brutally attacked at their home and going into hiding.
“Its unfair that we have to be walking around with guns and pangas in our own country just to protect ourselves from the PF,” he said.
He said PF was peddling falsehoods against Mr Hichilema and bringing about ‘non-issues’
in an effort to block him from participating in the August 12 elections.
Mr Liswaniso, who is UPND national youth chairman said the PF government was bent on attacking individuals who did not support the ruling party.
He also claimed that all the weapons and machinery the state was equipping the police with was meant for the UPND while PF members were free to commit crimes at will.
He urged the youth to fight back whenever they were attacked by PF members .
