After jumping from the sinking ship onto the ice, some of the team members were so bitter, scared and worried that they refused to take any more instructions from Shackleton. Disaster had hit and the faint hearted couldn’t handle anymore.
This can be expected in any organisation with a burning platform especially that not everyone is at the same level of faith, courage and strength of character.
