Blumaq Zambia Limited formally known as Track Solutions Zambia Limited not until 16th November 2016, is an ultra-modern undercarriage and spare part supplier of the yellow machine regardless of brand and size. The business comprises of both supply and warehousing of new parts of heavy duty equipment all stocked in a one house arrangement at its Kitwe facility newly opened along the Ndola- Kitwe dual carriage way near the Zamtan check point.
Initially the business only took care of the track and undercarriage repairs as ‘ Track Solutions’ but now repairs and stocks a wide range of parts for heavy duty machines to satisfy both the mining, agricultural and construction industries. The company refurbishes all worn out undercarriages as well as supply new in either original, oem or aftermarket brands.

Blumaq positions itself strategically in the heavy duty, agricultural, mining and construction industries to offer local support to the ever growing industry with a lot of challenges. Zambia being a landlocked country, most of the imported goods have to pass through neighbouring countries posing a lot of challenges on the lead time but Blumaq’s dream is to stock and narrow the lead time challenges, hoping to save a lot of time and money for its customers by repairing their undercarriages locally.

Blumaq’s products and services
Blumaq offers services in refurbishing of undercarriage and complete replacement of worn out parts. Additionally, Blumaq supplies new parts for undercarriage purposes such as, track roller, carriage rollers, track shoes, idlers, link assemblies, bolts, pins/bushes and sprockets.
Repairing of track shoes, re-strip grousers, re-shell dozer rollers, rebuild idlers, repair adjusters, refurbish track frames, bucket repairs, turning of pins and bushes is also done at Blumaq.
Blumaq also stocks major components and service parts of the heavy duty machines such as air filters, oil filters, bearings, seals, repair kits and sensors.
A wide range of ground engagement tools from the smallest machine to the biggest like grader cutting edges, dozer blades, tips and adapters are also stocked.
Apart from all that, Blumaq stocks and supplies, parts for brands such as Volvo, Caterpillar, Komatsu, case in original equipment manufacturer and aftermarket, full undercarriage in original Berco (OEM) and standard qualities to satisfy the customers’ demands.
The company has a supporting warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa with weekly shipments into Zambia for parts that it does not have stock of. Blumaq handles all needs at its Kitwe modern and equipped facility.
