CFI Holdings Limited is a Zimbabwe Stock Exchangelisted agricultural-based industrial holding company that is primarily involved in manufacturing and selling fresh produce and manufacturing stock feed, as well as property management and letting.
The group specialises in poultry, retail, and specialised activities.
Its poultry segment manufactures stock feed; and breeds, produces, processes, and sells poultry products, such as dressed chickens, and produces vitamin and mineral supplements.
CFI’s retails in and wholesales hardware and fast-moving consumer goods, poultry products, as well as offers veterinary products and technical services.
Its retail outlets include Farm and City and Vetco Animal Health; its specialised divisions include Victoria Foods, Saturday Retreat Estate, and Reston Developers.
Itai Valerie Pasi is the current chairperson of CFI Holdings. She started as the group’s company secretary in 2017.
She is a holder of two bachelor’s degrees, namely a Bachelor of Business Science in Management Studies in the field of law and a Bachelor of Laws, both earned from the University of Cape Town.
She is the holder of a Masters in Business Administration degree with the University of Gloucestershire.
Itai’s areas of expertise are conveyancing and securities law, Banking and Insurance Law and civil litigation.
Poultry is marketed and distributed through Agrifoods, Agrimix, Hubbard Zimbabwe, Glenara Estates, Crest Breeders International, Suncrest Chickens, and Maitlands Zimbabwe Limited.
Its specialised segment provides maize and flour milling, snack foods production and down packing of rice, sale, matemba and financial services, property management, and development.
Through subsidiaries and joint ventures, it manages wholesale and retail outlets, offers products and services for animal health, operates maize and wheat mills, and is involved in poultry farming and producing and selling poultry products.
CFI Holdings Limited manages a separate entity offering services for the development and management of real estate in Zimbabwe.
