Experience is the worst teacher

- Morris Mpala MoB Capital Ltd

THE world over experts talk of experience as if it’s the best thing that can happen to business or human kind for that matter. The school of thought of learning from experience is misplaced as is re-inventing the wheel. Yes, you might want to re-invent the wheel and have a square wheel, it’s possible but it’s cumbersome and costly to start afresh. Probably a waste of scarce resources due to it being an exercise in futility.

Apprenticeship The art of being taken through some job experience without having to go it alone is a safety mechanism. You are doing the actual job but under an experienced guidance framework to mitigate risks.

Mentorship An experienced person takes you through the paces of business and nurtures you. This incubation theorem makes you avoid pitfalls by being guided when you need to hone your competences. Advice from the seasoned economic actors safeguards kindergarten blunders that you would ordinarily do if you were being advised accordingly.

Learn from others Life is too short to make all the mistakes so copy from others. Just watch and learn from others that way you avoid going through the same mistakes. It will save you a lot of headaches and it is a smart way of taking care of business by letting others be the ones that go through the challenges and you derive valued lessons from them to implement on your side.

Simulation This is a sexier way of doing things in the modern era. You just got to be smart about it and just “pretend” in an ideal situation and do all you can without actually going through the physical vigour. That is so cool as a lot of scenarios can be created without any destruction whatsoever. With your super computers it is very possible thus who needs real experience (reality) when it can be simulated prior to you doing what you have to do. Experience is the worst teacher be wise learn from others and avoid repeating same mistakes as your predecessors.

MoB Capital financial police We are doing a door to door campaign and arresting everyone that is driving at least a 1.5 litre engine vehicle and are renting. We are sending them to a financial maximum prison with solitary confinement and hard labour so that they understand their grave sins. You better have serious extenuating circumstances for you to survive this round up. We want you to be a hard lesson to the other players out there. We have $1 stickers on vehicles. If your vehicle has this on it please call us on the numbers on the stickers for advisory services, counselling and just chit chat about your vehicle vis-avis financial freedom.

A stand and houses are worth less than your service and maintenance of such vehicles. The difference between your car engine capacity and the lowest engine capacity vehicle is equivalent to mortgage payments or stand prices therefore no valid excuses will make you escape the jaws of financial justice being meted to you. No excuses besides egos and unnecessary pride of which we are going to arrest that pride and lock it away. We can’t build generational wealth with such economic shenanigans.

Fore warned is fore armed You can run away from us but you can’t hide from your own sins. And they say wages of economic sin is economic death not just for you but for generations to come. Please be advised to hand yourself in to the nearest MoB Capital Office if you know you are in violation of this golden rule.

IF YOU LIVE IN BYO PLEASE CONSERVE WATER. IF YOU LIVE IN ZIMBABWE PLEASE USE ELECTRICITY SPARINGLY: SOS (SWITCH OFF SWITCHES). IF YOU LIVE ON PLANET EARTH PLEASE PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT.
