DR Thokozani Khupe is the Congress-elected vice president. Therefore going by the constitution, she is vice president who should act until congress elects someone. Nelson Chamisa and Elias Mudzuri were appointed by the late Mr Morgan Tsvangirai to assist him since he was unwell and could not burden her with his duties. Mr Tsvangirai is no more therefore his aides have to be redeployed elsewhere, unless Dr Khupe decides to use the presidential powers to appoint them as her aides as well. — Moffat Nyamadzawo.

RESPONSES to “Chivayo Gwanda project site shocks Parly team.” Suspended ZPC managing director Noah Gwariro should be reinstated because he clearly followed procedure and adamantly refused to pay without a bank guarantee but, as Chivhayo confirmed, it was a Minister who directed him to pay the money. Suspending him was unjustified considering the people who actually gained from this fraud are all free. — Rudeologist.
RESPONSE to “Tsvangirai ordained me, says Khupe.” Our opposition parties were formed out of desperation and with that, founders and followers have never learned to respect the people; all they do is go about telling lies so they can make money. The foolishness of our politics is that we do not agree on anything; if one party decides to follow the road, the other one would rather go through the mountains, just to differ and prove a point.
