A teachable spirit

“Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.”

Are you willing to learn? One of the greatest impediments to self-growth, both spiritual and physical, is the inability of our minds to learn new things, to take on new concepts and to embrace them.

The “I know it all” attitude can be a major stumbling block to any form of development. Everyday the Lord gives us the opportunity to learn, to be exposed to new things, and tobe tutored by life’s lessons.

Those that allow the Lord to inherently minister to them through His overwhelming presence seen in His creation tend to grow and reach their full potential.

A receptive mind is a work in progress, a closed mind leaves very little room to hear andsee God. What will you let the Lord teach you today? Allow your mind to learn, to absorb and ultimately to grow to be a better you, the best you He envisaged.
