Pitso in ‘fiery’ press confrence
Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane was reportedly in a fiery press conference after his side’s draw with El-Gouna on Friday night.
The Red Devils missed the chance to move within a point of league leaders Zamalek after being held to a 1-1 draw on Friday night.
Egyptian publication KingFut claim that Mosimane reacted ‘angrily’ to some questions in the press conference after the game.
When asked about going defensively, the South African coach reportedly replied angrily, “I have involved Salah Mohsen and Afsha. Are these defensive substitutions? The only defensive substitution was Mohamed Hany.
Mosimane also defended his decision to rest Afsha and Amr El-Sulya
“Some will ask why I rested this player or that player, but I rested them because they feel very tired and I have given the opportunity to other players such as Kahraba and Nasser Maher.”
