DANAI DAZZLES IN LONDON PREMIERE

LONDON. - “Black Panther,” a film set in the hypothetic­al African country of Wakanda, became a global success and was heralded as a sea change for ethnic inequality in Hollywood.

It was hailed for being the first superhero movie that had an entire black cast.

Now that being said, the London premiere is currently marking headlines with the pivotal women from the movie gracing the red carpet in impeccable outfits.

Lupita, who portrays Nakia in the movie, delved breath-taking in a highnecked, frilly gown with ripples of silvery jewels across.

Lupita’s hair was sculpted in an exquisite spiral style to accent her outfit.

Danai, meanwhile, put on a scorching effort, exhibiting her slender legs underneath a black and platinum translucen­t dress with a dramatic front slit.

Letitia donned a unique sleeveless column gown from the house, which was embellishe­d with elaborate beading that glittered as paparazzi cameras flashed. The actor accessoris­ed with a ring and hoop studs.

Michaela Coel looked incredible in an all-black ensemble.

She put on a busty display in a plunging black bodysuit, teamed with a mesh skirt with a thigh-high split detail designed by Riccardo Tisci. She donned a pair of lace tights underneath and elevated her height in strappy heels on the black carpet.

Michaela sported a glam makeup look with a swipe of nude lipstick and had her short tresses dyed red.

She attended the star-studded premiere with her glamorous mother Kwenua Osborne.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is expected to pull in blockbuste­r ticket sales in its opening weekend after it hits theaters on November 11, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The highly-awaited sequel’s predecesso­r debuted at $202 million domestical­ly in February 2018, and went on to earn $1.34 billion at the worldwide box office.

The Marvel adaptation, which was also directed by Ryan Coogler, become one of the highest-grossing movies of all time.

At the time, it became the first film since Avatar - the top-grossing movie ever - to lead the box office for five consecutiv­e weekends.

In the original, the late actor, Chadwick Boseman, who passed away in 2020, starred as Black Panther’s title character, amid a cast that also included Michael B. Jordan and Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o.

Numerous cast members from the first movie expressed interest in returning for a follow-up, although plans were complicate­d when Boseman tragically died of colon cancer.

It was later confirmed that plans for a sequel would be moving forward and that the late actor’s role would not be recast.

Filming on the project began in June of last year and continued until its crew wrapped this past March.

The latest trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever confirmed a new Black Panther after King T’Challa’s death and showed a new hero for the first time.

The two-minute, action-packed clip was released by Marvel last month as it showed that someone would be taking the mantle after the death of Boseman’s character in addition to Ironheart being shown for the first time.

The very end of the trailer showed a woman in a clinging suit much like T’Challa’s, presumably his sister Shuri who is played by Letitia Wright.

Another major moment was the first glimpse of Ironheart in full steel suit as she flies in the air much like Iron Man.
