NUTTY O HONOURED
HIGH-FLYING Zim dancehall singer, Nutty O, is on cloud nine after graduating from the International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation on Saturday.
Nutty O said that the most important decision he has made this year was to be groomed and trained as a life coach under the ICMF.
He was honoured with a certificate and was part of the ceremony at the Cresta Lodge in Harare at the weekend.
He said that consistency was the bridge between goals and achievement.
“Consistency is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.
“Hona kune level.
“One of the most important decisions I made this year. To be groomed and trained as a life coach, under the ICMF Professional Coaching Certificate.
“It is an honour to be part of a dedicated network of humans passionate about coaching and mentoring,” said Nutty O.
He was among 72 people who graduated on Saturday. ICMF founder and master coach, Blessing Duri, said they saw it appropriate to start from the grassroots due to the resistance they faced at the beginning.
“When we started this internationally recognised body, there was so much resistance from the African community.
“And, we told ourselves that we will start from the grassroots.
“We train executives and ministers of the word,” said Duri.
He said the programme’s main objective is to develop, engage and support individuals and teams to reach their goals in the community.
“We also work with individual executives and emerging leaders who engage us.
“ICMF research and experience shows that ICMF intervention programmes have a positive success rate.
“ICMF coaches are carefully selected from over 50 certified and accredited coaches across diverse professions.
“Most importantly, ICMF coaches share high levels of commitment to developing, engaging and supporting individuals and teams to reach their goals,” he said.
ICMF was established in 2016 as a trust dedicated to supporting, developing, and preserving the standards of coaches in Zimbabwe.
It serves corporate and individual clients.
