CHIBUKU’S FINE SIDE...

CHIBUKU Stadium in Chitungwiza once used to host Premiership matches before years of neglect reduced it to a shell of its former self. It was once converted into a car park, but football has returned to the stadium with lower division and social clubs using it for their matches. At the weekend, it hosted its home team, Chitungwiza Municipality in their match against FC CDES International, which the visitors won 2-0. It couldn’t escape the attention of many that Chibuku, or all its decay, even has some bucket seats.
