IN response to Higher learning institutions ready for reopening: Murwira, TONGA says: I don’t think it would be a bad idea if we are to open our colleges and universities because from the look of things already people are freely going about their businesses, especially in the Graniteside industrial area where there are Chinese shops which sell plastic wares. There are hundreds of people queuing at each shop without observing social distancing. If such scenarios are taking place, so there is no reason why higher learning institutions should not reopen. I urge the government to open the colleges and universities sooner rather than later.
