IN response to Mnangagwa fires disgraced Obadiah Moyo, SHUMBA says: The sacking of Obadiah Moyo as Health minister by President Emmerson Mnangagwa is highly commendable and such action demonstrates both political and administrative will to deal with corruption. Zero tolerance to corruption is achievable. However, Moyo cannot be the only one to be sacrificed. Investigators should dig deeper and bring order in government and at parastatals. The First Lady is not the Health minister. She has contributed to the current confusion around health service delivery. The corrupt must be dealt with and trials must take place without undue delays. I will celebrate when he is either convicted or acquitted after a full trial. So far, I have not seen the equal treatment of accused people. Moyo has been treated nicely, irrespective of the tokenist dismissal.

IN response to July 31: West to spread COVID-19 using canisters, GARIMOTO says: This is ridiculous. Zanu PF national commissar Victor Matemadanda should be censored. How can a whole deputy minister stoop so low to make such insinuations. Such cheap propaganda will not stop the freedom train. Zimbabweans have had enough of Zanu PF misrule no wonder they have taken upon themselves to liberate themselves from the Zanu PF bondage on July 31. Such propaganda will not cow people into submission. Now is the time for Matemadanda to prepare for life after July 31.

SAMUSHA says: I think we have arrived at a point where Zimbabweans should say enough is enough. Our hospitals are ill-equiped, drugs are out of stock and healthcare workers are being forced to make-do without personal protective equipment, but our rulers are growing fatty belies. Such threats will not cow hungry Zimbabweans into submission.

IN response to Churches invite political parties to dialogue, CHOTO says: While I appreciate efforts by churches to bring political parties to the negotiating table, I think dialogue is no longer necessary. Zanu PF has failed and should be shown the red card. For the past four decades, our rulers have plundered the country's resources. They have managed to send their children to best schools around the world while ours are expected to make do with makeshift classrooms which resemble cattle pens. We are also asked to be content with a dead healthcare system while they fly at will even after a bout of flu. This surely has to come to an end and it is on July 31. Thank you Zimbabwe Council of Churches for the effort, but it is only a little too late.
