IN response to Zanu PF youths, soldiers unleash terror, MBUDAYA says: If anyone still doubts that Zanu PF thrives on abuse of State security apparatus, I think this is proof enough. It has failed to steer the country in the right direction, and is now afraid of its citizens. Never should a democratically elected government fear its citizens. If it does so, it shows something is wrong with its past, with how it got where it is today, with how it is running its affairs. If Zanu PF says it is for the people by the people, then why brutalise the same people whom it claims voted for it.

IN response to Zanu PF chefs plotting against ED, Chiwenga, GWIZHIKITI says: We don’t care what happens to them, they have ruined everything and run down this country. They are holding this country to ransom. Zimbabwe needs to move forward, yet they always push the war narrative. We all know their sacrifices, how some lost their lives, friends, families during the liberation war, but what Zimbabwe needs now is not that past narrative. Zimbabwe needs the future narrative, it needs solutions pertaining to high unemployment levels, food shortages, the comatose economy, the health sector. Zimbabwe needs a new thinking, a new mindset, a new you and me.

IN response to Zupco, Zimsec staffers test positive to COVID-19, MAZVANYA says: I questioned it in May when President Emmerson Mnangagwa relaxed the lockdown regulations. That was a faulty move. Cases are on the rise now, particularly local infections. Cross-border jumpers and quarantine centre deserters have pushed the numbers up. This has seen people who have never been outside the country since last year contracting the disease. Unfortunately, because of economic mismanagement, corruption and cluelessness, Mnangagwa was forced to open all sectors of the economy as he felt the heat of his failed leadership.

IN response to Gweru moots automated water kiosks, MURAKASHI says: The right to water entitles everyone to sufficient, safe, palatable, physically accessible and affordable water for personal and domestic uses. It obliges governments to ensure that people can enjoy clean, available, acceptable, accessible, and affordable water and sanitation. It has been recognised in international law through human rights treaties, declarations and other standards.
