IN response to US warns African dictators, TAKAWIRA says: We are now sick and tired of the United States government’s threats to the African leaders who are involved in massive corruption and gross human rights violations. It is now clear that US secretaries of State are only good at issuing threats to the African leaders. We witnessed this even during the days of the late former President Robert Mugabe who ruled the country with an iron fist. Under his leadership we saw thousands of people being politically dispensed while more than 200 people were killed in 2008 for supporting the opposition, but still the US never did anything to stop the atrocities. The US is only good at issuing empty threats against African leaders but this has not served the suffering people.

DAMBA says: The US secretary of State Michael Pompeo is now behaving like a headboy at a school who just want to monitor the conduct of other pupils forgetting that he is also a pupil. Pompeo must know that his country has some skeletons in the cupboard just like African leaders. We have not forgotten that black people are butchered in daylight by security agents and the most recent case is that of George Floyd and this has been happening for sometime. The US must first of all solve all its problems and then we will listen to it. We have never heard about African leaders who meddle in the US politics like what the these so-called powerful Americans are doing in Africa.

IN response to Few delegates for Zanu PF conference, CHIRANDU says: All along we actually thought that the COVID-19-induced lockdown rules and regulations applied to all the people in Zimbabwe. We are now shocked to hear that Zanu PF will have its annual national people’s conference set to be held in Mashonaland Central province in December yet the Nelson Chamisa-led MDC Alliance party is being barred from having gatherings. Are lockdown rules and regulations meant to clip the opposition party supporters’ wings.

IN response to Khupe Parly return an attack on democracy: Zim Rights, JEGEMBU says: What the MDC-T leader Thokozani Khupe and Zanu PF did has never been witnessed anywhere in the world. We are yet to see how Khupe will work with the people.
