IN response to I will not be silenced: Sikhala, DOUGLAS MANYAMA says: Long live MDC Alliance vice-chairman Job Sikhala, who is facing charges of communicating falsehoods. From the beginning of the revolution he never gave up the fight for ordinary citizens, his works are well-documented, he had the chance to seek asylum, but he chose to be on the forefront of the battle. Sikhala has lived it all, brutality, intimidation, incarceration and losing fellow comrades such as Learnmore Jongwe and Morgan Tsvangirai to mention a few. A revolutionary to the end, in brutality he stood resolute, unshaken in the midst of the storm, he inspires all who hunger for democracy and basic human rights, aluta continua.

IN response to Minister Matiza succumbs to COVID-19, MILLARD MATORO says: A new dawn has arrived. Well done COVID-19, we are thankful for liberating the majority. It is in the public domain that all our hospitals are in shambles because of the ruling elite who are busy plundering our natural resources. We hope this shall be a very big lesson to those in Zanu PF who will survive the COVID-19 wave to make sure they channel all the country’s resources towards upgrading hospitals. I hope going forward they will listen when we tell them to fix this country.

NICK MUSONA says: The people should take this COVID-19 pandemic seriously. The disease kills, now the nation, including the leaders who were running to other countries to seek advanced healthcare are now paying the price for government’s neglect of the health sector. It is very sad that some people celebrating the death of these leaders, but they must be reminded that the virus will be coming after them if they don’t take care of themselves.

IN response to UBH runs out of oxygen for COVID-19 patients, TICHAFA says: Our country has gone to the dogs. The level to which it has been reduced is shocking to say the least. The late former President Robert Mugabe was a failure, but President Emmerson Mnangagwa has taken it to a level whereby hospitals run out of oxygen is something that we never imagined would happen in our life time, particularly with the new dispensation in charge.
