IN response to I’m more patriotic than ED: Chamisa, PIKIRAYI says: It’s very wrong for Zanu PF to think that its supporters are more patriotic than anyone else in this country. We all love our country, that is why we have chosen to stay here even under the harsh political and economic environment prevailing in the country. We have a duty to develop this country together because we love it. But all this is impossible because of a few people who think they love this country more than anyone else and have monopoly over its resources.

IN response to Zim needs viable opposition — EU, TATENDA TARU says: A truly functional and visible opposition party should be formed on Zimbabwean principles with the intentions of developing Zimbabwe, which is free from foreign influence, not this crop of opposition parties whose existence was made possible by Western powers.

IN response to Govt ups COVID-19 tests in schools, NIKISI says: Government is always reactive, instead of being proactive. We pointed out long back that reopening schools without putting in place the fundamentals would be disastrous. COVID-19 should have been contained in quarantine centres had government set aside enough funds for the healthcare system. We have done better than most countries on the continent, and would have been the best if everything was in place. It’s highly likely that day-scholars are the ones infecting each other in schools and cross-infecting boarders. COVID-19 will not end soon in Zimbabwe.

IN response to We’ve long neglected war vets: Govt, GWIZHIKITI says: These war veterans are now a menace. Actually, they are now a security threat in this country. We have people who were declared 100% incapacitated, but up to this day, some of them hold high offices in public institutions. We should never ever be held to ransom by a few people who feel they own this country. We all belong here and we all want to be taken care of by our government. They got land, they should use it productively to sustain their families.

IN response to Bulawayo city only has 8 meter readers, MBUDAYA says: This is a joke, how can a whole city the size of Bulawayo have only eight water meter readers? Something has to be done. This is what leads to estimated meter readings. Council officials must act promptly.
