IN response to Govt onslaught on NGOs starts, PIKIRAYI says: What powers does Harare provincial development co-ordinator Tafadzwa Muguti have to order all non-governmental organisations, faithbased organisations and private voluntary organisations to submit their work plans for the rest of the year. Whoever is blowing the wind under Muguti’s wings is notorious. Actually, Muguti is not realising that he is being set up. In a short space of time, he has stepped on as many toes, which is a very dangerous thing to do. He should be careful that the same people who are sending him, will use him like a tissue paper and dump him when the time comes. Muguti should know that he is living on borrowed time.

IN response to Demolitions should go ahead: Zanu PF, GWIZHIKITI says: This just goes to show how much confusion there is in Zanu PF. Today, the ruling party says one thing, tomorrow it says the other. That is how it has been surviving over the years. But the confusion in Zanu PF of late shows that its days are numbered. It will not last long. The 2023 election might be its last influential one, after that Zanu PF will be dead and buried. Mark my words.

IN response to ‘Citizens demanding accounting for $18bn stimulus package’, TOP VENDOR says: Government has been selling us a ruse since the COVID-19 pandemic started. We know how the funds were looted by powerful politicians, some of whom are so close to Number 1. None of us vendors and small business operators got those cushioning allowances. President Emmerson Mnangagwa should be ashamed of some of his appointees, who say one thing and act the other way. We demand to know how the stimulus packages were distributed.

IN response to RG’s Office using archaic equipment: Minister, MUZVAGWA says: It’s so sad that these issues have been said over and over again. This is the time Finance minister Mthuli Ncube should use that budget surplus to purchase new machines and equip the Registrar-General’s Office because documentation is a very important aspect in our lives. We need to have our IDs and passports.

IN response to ‘Withholding COVID-19 allowances to unvaccinated workers illegal’, SHADOW MASTER says: It’s very silly to withhold the allowances, but even more silly to turn down COVID-19 vaccines. Let’s all get vaccinated and avoid endangering the next person.
