IN response to Govt cordons off boarding schools, MAI GABBY says: Government is playing Russian roulette with parents. Very soon, we will hear schools have been closed indefinitely due to COVID-19. In fact, they have weaponised the COVID-19 pandemic and used it as a political tool. Already, we have heard MDC-T’s Douglas Mwonzora expressing his desire to postpone the 2023 elections as the “leader” of the opposition party. Zanu PF knows it has no chance in 2023. I understand the system has been shaken to the core following developments in Malawi, and lately in neighbouring Zambia. It knows that the citizens want it out of the way as soon as possible, so COVID-19 is a very good excuse to postpone everything. This way, Zanu PF will continue holding on to power. Now some individual has been creating new opposition parties using different names associated with opposition MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa so as to create confusion ahead of the elections. Zanu PF is fighting for survival at the moment. Someone mentioned this on social media sometime ago about schools being opened and closed at will. Then, I thought it was a joke, but it now appears like a real possibility. Let’s see how far this will go.

IN response to Panners invade school yard, POLLAR MLALAZI says: How come all along we were made to believe that land is State property? This random digging of land does not benefit the country at all. Why are those in the echelons of power not acting or taking any corrective measures to stop further looting of our natural resources and land degradation?

IN response to Zanu PF scoops 2 ZITF awards, DUMISANI NDLOVU says: I can’t stop laughing at my beloved country. Zimbabwe is truly cursed. Just imagine, a country in which exhibiting failure and propaganda gets you an award. Our country needs to be completely de-Zanunised.

IN response to ED urges public sector accountability, MUSAOPE MTAMBA says: With regards to what is happening in the country, I believe someone just wrote down the words transparency and accountability for President Emmerson Mnangagwa because he does not practise what he says, which means he does not understand the above words. This has to start with your administration Mr President and the rest follows.
