IN response to Bigwigs must be held accountable, MICHAEL MOYO says: Inasmuch as I feel pity for our compatriots in Uzumba and Mutoko, I can’t help but think that they are the same people who always vote for the enemy overwhelmingly when there is need for change. This must be a lesson to them that when the ruling Zanu PF party is made to choose between them and money, it will always sacrifice them.

MOSES TINOS says: Cry my beloved Zimbabwe. Our country is gone, it has been sold to the new colonial master, China, which is known for not respecting employees’ rights. All this has been engineered by President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s government and by the time we open up our eyes, even our fathers’ tombstones will have disappeared.

IN response to Warriors off to Ghana, GADZIKAI RAGO says: I am surprised soccer fans still call them Warriors, yet they have become punching bags because their performance has been dismal. Their only celebrations are 0-0 draws.

IN response to Mugabe exhumation: Grace approaches High Court, BLESSMORE MAHONDE says: Former First Lady Grace Mugabe must not waste her time going to the High Court seeking to challenge an order by Chinhoyi provincial magistrate to exhume the remains of her late husband, former President Robert Mugabe because the judiciary has been captured by the junta. Grace should leave it to Mugabe’s spirit, which I hear is tormenting those who are agitating for his exhumation.

IN response to SA bans Zim health workers, FARAI HUMBASHA says: South Africa has done well in accepting our brothers and sisters who are working in that country and giving them a home for years. I believe the spirit of assisting a brother should continue. The unfortunate thing is that Zimbabwe is being led by bullies, who have no respect for those they claim to be leading. They enjoy seeing their subjects suffer. Well, it should work in the masses’ favour. The spited ones will know who to vote for come 2023. Actually, South Africa should turn down the extension of permits for Zimbabweans domiciled there, so that they come back home to vote in the next elections.
