IN response to Deal with graft or face poll loss, chief warns ED, MUSUNDUZWA says: When traditional leaders start speaking openly about Zanu PF’s sins, it means trouble for the ruling party ahead of the elections. Today, Zanu PF might silence Chief Murinye, born Ephias Munodawafa of Masvingo, but when the winds of change start blowing, no one has power to stop them. The people are tired of Zanu PF, they want a new leadership, changes, jobs, a functional economy, a transport system, cheaper food, etc.

IN response to Zanu PF youths raid CiZC AGM, attack participants, MLAGA says: Zanu PF never disappoints when it comes to raiding other people’s events. I remember the other year when we were at a health and human rights event in Epworth together with Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission chairperson Elasto Mugwadi, some Zanu PF youths disrupted the function, claiming they had booked the place for a football game. Zanu PF is against development.

IN response to Ncube makes U-turn on cellphone levy, LIZWELETHU says: That’s Mthuli Ncube for you, the man we call our Finance minister. He is running the country’s economy like a casino. I believe it’s not him who writes budget statements, he just reads what would have been prepared by big fish the same way former Zanu PF youth leader Kudzanayi Chipanga did when he read the statement denigrating the military for its involvement in politics in November 2017. Chipanga later claimed that he had been handed the statement by Rodney Dangarembizi. Ncube should know that Zimbabweans are hard-pressed and have no disposable incomes, hence he cannot continue taxing them exccessively.

IN response to Govt frets over increased drug abuse, MPANDAWAMA says: Government bureaucrats should not pretend as if they care. Drug abuse has increased in communities because the youths are idle since they have nothing to keep them occupied. Many of the drug abusers are graduates and have never been to work. What our communities have become is quite sad.

IN response to Zesa to reduce load-shedding during festive season, MZWANGENDABA says: Zesa Holdings should work on ending power outages for good. We cannot continue to have a power crisis in this era when we have an abundance of natural resources. The sad thing is that our priorities are wrong.
