Econet revert to old system

SERVICE providers should inculcate a culture of service excellence. That’s how customers are lured. Questionable service delivery limits the clientele base.

The WhatsApp service provided by Econet these days raises eyebrows. The bundles now expire prematurely before the due date. The daily, weekly and monthly bundles are quickly gobbled up.

Seemingly downloading of videos expedites the use of bundles. This was not the case before. Econet should stick to the expiry dates indicated.

This issue about bundles is a thorn in the flesh. Econet should revert to its old system where bundles could be used until the expiry date regardless of the number of videos downloaded.

Swift action should be taken before customers turn to other service providers for the same service.
